Love Defeats Fear: Yoga at the Museum

July 22, 2026 8:00 am Griswold Lawn

Join us at the Museum for Vinyasa Flow yoga with Love Defeats Fear inspired by the exhibition Sheila Isham: Between Worlds!

“Painting for me is a spiritual act — an act of transmitting the visions of the subconscious into form, line, and color through which the rhythms and symbols of our time can sing out.” — Sheila Isham

Continue your yoga practice surrounded by art and creativity. Co-founder and yogi leader Eames Yates will host various classes both inside and outside the museum over the summer season and into early fall. Expect good music in a beautiful space that will allow you to tap into your creative energy!

About the Teacher:

It all begins with an idea. Eames Yates is a believer in the revolution of compassion. He believes we are all part of the Love Army, whether we realize it or not. As such, we are all Love Warriors and it is the mission of Eames and our studio to help you recognize that divine inner wisdom through radical self-love. In doing so we can love those around us more fiercely.

Welcome to the Love Army…
