Aquatic Impressions
Ages: 13-16
Campers will investigate textures, forms, and patterns inspired by the ocean, exploring process-driven techniques in painting and mixed media. Emphasis is placed on experimentation, material exploration, and developing a personal artistic voice.
Inspired by the upcoming exhibition featuring the work of Angel Otero, whose paintings draw inspiration from nature, specifically the ocean, the camp foregrounds natural material exploration, playful experimentation, and storytelling as key components of artistic development.

Location and Parking
Newport Art Museum classes are held in the Museum School at the Coleman Center for Creative Studies, at 26 Liberty Street. Please park in our museum parking lots or on Liberty Street.
