Wet Paint 2026

Join us Saturday, August 8th, from 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM for an art-filled day of bidding, art-making, music, and more throughout our creative campus! Silent auction bidding ends at 4PM. The live auction begins at 3PM.
Whether you’re painting en plein air, working in mixed media, or crafting ceramics, this is your chance to be part of a vibrant community that celebrates our local artists and the Museum.
How to participate as a donating artist:
- Register anytime at www.givebutter.com/wet-paint-2026
- Create artwork of any size or medium (up to 36″ x 36″ x 36″)
- Drop off work at the Museum July 20-31 during open hours (11AM-4PM)
- Participating artists receive two tickets to the Preview Party on Friday, August 7
- Artists may donate up to 3 works (if you have any questions, please email hello@newportartmuseum.org)

How to participate as a bidder:

- Bidders are required to cover the processing fees for their winning bids.
To receive a discounted price, you have three options:
If you're not a member:
Purchase a membership along with a class or event registration, and the discount will be applied in your cart.
If you are a member, and you purchased your membership on this website:
log into your account and the discount will be applied in your cart. You can log in before your purchase, or during the checkout process.
If you are a member, and you did not purchase your membership on this website:
Log in with the email address we have on file for you. If you haven't logged into this website before, you'll need to reset your password first.
If you are a member, and you're having an issue logging in:
Purchase a registration for a class or event, and then call or email the museum, and we will be happy to apply the discount to your purchase.
