The workshop will begin with an overview of patterns and instruction on how to create them. Students will then dye their own samples as well as an oversized cotton scarf in an indigo vat using these techniques to create their own unique designs.

Wear clothes that you don't mind getting a little dye on. Aprons are also recommended.
