Advanced Drawing Techniques

July 26, 2021 - July 29, 2021

4 days

Monday - Thursday 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Taught by Camille Gros

Ages 13-16

This hands-on studio class is for students with previous drawing experience and want to explore new processes and materials to expand their work in new directions. While continuing to build on certain techniques and personal styles, students will focus on drawing as a tool for organizing space, rendering shape and form, and representing perspective. A greater understanding of value gradation, shading techniques, simulated textures, and more will be achieved. Tours of the Museum’s galleries will serve as inspiration.

Museum members receive a discount on tuition!
