Our website offers a more visually dynamic and user-friendly experience for members, whether you’re interested in registering for lectures and performances, registering for art classes, or managing your membership.

What membership accounts offer

If you’re a current member with an active account on this website, you can:

  • Check the status of your membership
  • Renew a membership before or after expiration
  • Purchase registration for art classes at a discounted price when logged into your account
  • Purchase registration for events at a discounted price when logged into your account

As a service to our members who had email addresses on file with us, we’ve already created an account for you, which is linked to your email. Your new account login will replace all previous Museum logins.

If we created an account for you, we sent you an email about the account, to the email address we had on file.

Activating your account

In order to take advantage of all our redesigned website has to offer, you will need to activate your Museum account on this site (if you haven’t already). Activating your account is easy, simply follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to https://newportartmuseum.org/my-account/lost-password
  2. Enter your email address
  3. You will then receive an email from hello@newportartmuseum.org
  4. Follow the link in that email to create a password
  5. Log in

Once you’ve activated your account, your membership will be linked to your account, and you’ll have access to all membership privileges.

If we created an account for you, we had an email address on file for you. We emailed you at that address about your new account. If you aren’t sure what email address you used, email us or give us a call and we’ll tell you what email address we have on file.

What is my password?

If we created an account for you, you don’t have a password yet. To set your password:

What if my membership is expired?

If your membership is expired, we did not create an account for you on this site. You can renew your membership by visiting https://newportartmuseum.org/join, selecting a membership level, clicking ‘Add to cart’, and following the steps to check out.

During the checkout process you will enter information for your account, and after completing the transaction, information about your account will be emailed to you, and you will be logged in.
