Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative sound bath designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite profound relaxation. The resonant sounds of the gong, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, along with a thoughtfully curated collection of instruments and melodic, heart-centered vocals, gently guide you through layers of vibration into a peaceful state of relaxation, renewal, and self-awareness.
No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are and receive.
