“The Newport Art Museum made history with the 2021 Spring art show. As much as it showcased art, it promoted healing from abuse and giving back.
I thank the Museum, Francine Weiss and Megan Horn for their dedicated research and development efforts.
The zoom event with local domestic violence activists was also a critical component to the Living with the Enemy show. I was proud to be involved with the exhibition and the zoom event which provided a platform to talk about current concerns and engage the community through photographs. This is why I am a photographer.
With all my heart, thank you.”
