The Newport Art Museum, in partnership with the Newport County Prevention Coalition, proudly presents Joy of Being: Exploring the Eight Dimensions of Wellness. This youth art exhibition highlights the creative expressions of local students and community program participants, who have explored the concept of wellness through the lens of art.
Supported by free art kits—including watercolor palettes and circular canvases—these young artists have reflected on the eight dimensions of wellness: Emotional, Environmental, Financial, Intellectual, Occupational, Physical, Social, and Spiritual. Each artwork is a personal interpretation, inviting viewers to reflect on the profound connections between creativity and well-being.
