Watercolor Workshop with Wendy Artin

September 6, 2025 - September 7, 2025

2 sessions

Saturday + Sunday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Teaching Artist: Wendy Artin

In this two-day watercolor workshop students will alternate mornings and afternoons between painting the live model, and painting fruit and vegetables. Students will learn techniques for making fast and fluid monochromatic watercolors of figures, with poses that range from 30 seconds to 20 minutes.

Together, students will examine the finer details of nature, form, light and color in fresh local produce to paint simple essential colorful still lifes. Individual instruction will be given to each student, to brush control, wetness, and use of the paper. All levels from beginners to advanced welcome.
