Join us for a hands-on pottery class where you’ll learn to center clay on the wheel, trim, explore decorative techniques, and glaze your creations. This class is friendly and welcoming to beginners, focusing specifically on wheel throwing. Students receive the equivalent amount of class hours for studio hours.
All levels welcome. Please note this class is ADULTS ONLY.
Location and Parking
Newport Art Museum classes are held in the Museum School at the Coleman Center for Creative Studies, at 26 Liberty Street. Please park in our museum parking lots or on Liberty Street.
Financial Aid
Financial aid is available. Please submit an application to the education manager by 2 weeks before class begins.
