January 5, 2026 - February 23, 2026

8 Sessions

Mondays 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Teaching Artist: Kris Greco

Explore the art of form and function through the creation of lidded pots, jars, casseroles, and teapots. In this intermediate-level class, students will refine their throwing and hand-building skills while learning techniques for designing well-fitting lids, spouts, and handles. Emphasis will be placed on craftsmanship, proportion, and creative design as students develop a cohesive body of functional work.

Throughout the course, you'll have the opportunity to practice and improve your technique, with studio hours equal to class time, providing you with plenty of hands-on experience.
