Saturdays, January 19 - February 23, 2019
Since 1928, the Winter Speaker Series has been a cornerstone of the Newport Art Museum's (then the Art Association of Newport's) annual programming. Each year the Winter Speaker Series Committee and Museum staff curate this series to reflect a broad spectrum of provocative visions and voices to educate, illuminate and inspire. Now, incredibly in its 91st year, the 2019 series is sure to engage audience members from across the region with six thought provoking talks.
Each lecture will be followed by audience Q&A, and continued conversation in the galleries over hot tea, coffee, and scrumptious light fare and desserts, courtesy of Blenheim-Newport, a Benchmark Senior Living Community.
