Capture the beauty of flowers and fruits in your drawings. Using colored pencils, students will learn techniques for depicting complex shapes and intricate surfaces, with a focus on value, color, and composition. For beginning and intermediate students.
Supplies provided:
Flowers, fruits, vegetables, plants for subject matter
Supplies to bring:
Set of Prismacolor Premier colored pencils, set of 24; 9×12 Bristol drawing paper (“smooth surface”); 2H graphite pencil; kneaded eraser; hand-held or small battery-powered pencil sharpener.
Location and Parking:
Newport Art Museum School classes are held in the Coleman Center, located at 26 Liberty Street.
