Summer Clay Camp: Animals

July 3, 2023 - July 7, 2023

4 days (no camp 7/4!)

Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Teaching Artist: Charlene Carpenzano

Ages 6-8

Clay campers will explore hand building and colorful glazing techniques while sculpting their own creations, drawing inspiration from artists who use animals in their work, like Alexander Calder. Student work will be ready for pick up the following week to allow for firing in the kiln. Ages 6-8.

Newport Art Museum School camps are held in the Museum School at 26 Liberty Street (just east of the Museum buildings). Please park in our museum parking lots.
