Our inspiration for this camp will be the magnificent artwork of American Modernist Georgia O’Keeffe, whose work will be on exhibit at the Newport Art Museum this summer. O’Keeffe is most famous for her enormous flowers, but she also painted the dramatic skyscrapers of New York and magical landscapes of New Mexico. We’ll be painting and creating in a variety of mediums using her work as a jumping off point.

Location and Parking

Newport Art Museum School camps are held in the Museum School at 26 Liberty Street (just east of the Museum buildings). Please park in our museum parking lots.
