Block Printing Workshop
May 3, 2026 - May 3, 2025
1 Session
Sunday 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Teaching Artist:
Betty Maloof
Celebrate the season of care, creativity, and connection with a hands-on block printing workshop. Whether you’re honoring a mother, remembering someone special, or simply treating yourself, this class offers a meaningful way to create and reflect.
You’ll explore the art of block printing by carving a couple of simple designs into soft, easy-to-carve rubber blocks, then inking and printing your designs onto fabric, creating beautiful, hand-printed textiles that are perfect for gifts, kitchen decor, or just showing off your creativity.
This workshop is open to all experience levels. No prior printmaking knowledge is needed. All materials will be provided, including a flour sack towel and a canvas makeup bag for printing.
Come ready to experiment, create, and leave with your own unique, hand-printed pieces!
